## Who it is for

- **Trading companies** that buy and sell: purchase orders with manager approval, supplier invoices, quotations, sales orders, invoices, returns, credit notes, several warehouses, stock transfers and counts, price lists for wholesale, retail and export.
- **Manufacturers**, with everything above plus production: versioned recipes and bills of materials that include packaging and labour, production orders that consume materials and produce finished goods, unit cost on the actual yield rather than the planned one, batch numbers with barcodes, quality hold before sale, and a cost calculator for trying a formula before producing it.

## Accounting

- Double-entry journals posted automatically by every sale, purchase, payment and production order; general ledger, trial balance.
- Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, exportable as PDF or Excel.
- VAT on invoices and expenses, and a VAT return.
- Several currencies (for example AED, USD, EUR), with the exchange rate set on each invoice; statements of account in each customer's and vendor's own currency.
- Aging report, credit limits, bank reconciliation, period closing, bad-debt write-off.
- Weighted average or FIFO inventory costing; landed cost (freight and customs) on imports.
- Nothing is hard-deleted: documents are cancelled and kept, with a full audit trail.

## Documents

Tax invoices, export commercial invoices with packing lists (HS code, country of origin, amount in words, bank details), quotations and proforma invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, credit and debit notes, and statements of account, all on the company's letterhead and stamp, in Arabic or English. Any document can be printed directly, emailed with its PDF attached, or shared on WhatsApp or through a link.
